Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Shipping Label

  Once approved, we will email you a prepaid UPS shipping label and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form to include in your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely place the electronics in their original packaging with all included accessories and drop the package off at any authorized shipping location.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse inspects the returned hardware, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
